Karen was an amazing support following the discharge of my twins from SCBU. I was excited to go home but overwhelmed with apprehension of caring for them at home. She visited me regularly to monitor their growth and development. Karen not only helped with my confidence, but she was able to offer lots of practical advice and tips. During visits she would always kindly offer to help feed or hold them whilst I was busy sorting the other one out and nothing was too much trouble. She is clearly passionate about her job and I felt lucky to have her as my Health Visitor.
