1. Website use

2. Service description

Karen Moss Private Health Ltd provides private health visiting services, including prenatal and postnatal care, infant feeding support, growth and development reviews, and general parenting advice consistent with the role of a private health visitor. Services are delivered by a qualified paediatric nurse and Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Health Visitor). These services are intended to offer professional support and guidance, but they do not replace medical advice from your GP, midwife, health visitor, or other healthcare providers.

3. Insurance

Karen Moss Private Health Ltd holds appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance for all services provided.

4. Bookings

Appointments can be made by completing the contact form on this website (www.karenmosshealth.co.uk) or by emailing info@karenmosshealth.co.uk. Bookings are confirmed once the required deposit has been received. Please ensure all information provided at the time of booking is accurate and complete. Karen Moss Private Health Ltd reserves the right to amend, reschedule, or decline bookings where necessary.

5. Payments

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of your appointment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Service fees may be reviewed from time to time. Any changes to pricing will not affect appointments that have already been confirmed.

6. Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the £50 deposit being forfeited. Missed appointments without notice may be charged in full.

If Karen Moss Private Health Ltd needs to cancel your appointment due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund of any fees paid.

7. Liability

While every effort is made to ensure that advice and support are accurate, evidence-based, and appropriate, Karen Moss Private Health Ltd cannot accept liability for any adverse outcomes resulting from the use of information or services provided. Clients remain responsible for seeking medical advice from their GP or other healthcare professionals when required and for making decisions about their own or their child’s care.

Karen Moss Private Health Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website, including but not limited to technical issues, downtime, or data loss, where such issues are beyond its reasonable control.

8. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
