My husband is so grateful to Karen as he felt that she was very inclusive of his thoughts and feelings during our Health Visitor home visits following the birth of our baby boy. I had a traumatic labour and emergency c-section, and our baby was taken off for monitoring. He struggled after witnessing it all and Karen was compassionate and empathetic towards him.
